Gambling Dependency

A 36-year-old man with a gambling addiction, divorced, with two children. A successful professional who spent most of his earnings on gambling. As a child, he was belittled and disrespected by his father, developing an inferiority complex.

CCB: 

“I can’t be like you.”

“I will win a lot of money and prove I deserve your respect.”

We resolved many specific events, and the gambling stopped completely. He eventually understood that what he truly feared was his own power and light. He now runs his own business with ten employees and is in a relationship with a woman who loves and respects him.

Suicide Attempts

A 35-year-old woman, a performer, who had attempted suicide twice. She was rejected by her father, who also rejected her mother and had multiple relationships with other women.

“I will die for your love if you don’t love me.”

After resolving several specific events, her relationship with her father improved significantly. She wrote a theatrical play about a father–daughter relationship, which became very successful in Greece. She now performs it across the country in the lead role.

Behavioural Issues

A 39-year-old man stuck in a cycle of repeated failure, despite knowing when to stop. His father was distant and constantly rejecting.

As we progressed, it became clear that he unconsciously created failure while waiting for his father’s approval. After resolving key events, his performance improved dramatically and the pattern of failure stopped.

Diabetes Mellitus

A 72-year-old man with type 1 diabetes, on insulin for 25 years. He carried deep resentment toward his mother. During emotional distress, his blood sugar would spike.

CCB: 

“Nobody will ever love me.”

 Bitterness, anger, rage

After working through many events, he began to understand the connection between his emotions and blood sugar. His levels gradually improved (from over 300 to around 130–150), and on some days he stopped insulin injections.

Fatigue and Insomnia (Past-Life Theme)

A 57-year-old woman with fatigue, insomnia, depression, and no children. She grew up with an emotionally absent mother and was devalued in favor of her younger sister. She would wake between 1–3 a.m., driven by childhood fear of her mother dying.

This fear was linked (in her experience) to a past-life trauma involving her mother’s death. After resolving these issues, her insomnia and fatigue disappeared. She started a new job she enjoys and entered a new relationship.

Vision Problems

A 70-year-old woman with blurred vision. Core conflict: “I am forced to see things I don’t want to see.”

“I am not allowed to be happy. If I am happy, I will hurt others.”

After resolving several events, her wellbeing improved and her vision showed slight improvement. She later discontinued therapy due to personal circumstances.

Tendonitis / Arthritis Pain

A 49-year-old woman with two children, experiencing chronic pain, deep resentment toward her mother and sister, and an unhappy marriage.

After resolving multiple issues, she began writing children’s stories, improved her lifestyle, and became almost pain-free.

Exhaustion / Behavioural Pattern

A 60-year-old woman who felt drained when interacting with certain women. She gave all her energy to others (as substitutes for her mother) in search of love.

After therapy, she stopped seeking external validation and experienced significant improvements in energy, wellbeing, and self-confidence.

Arthritis / Depression / Back Pain

A 65-year-old woman living alone with 25 cats, suffering from multiple health issues, including spinal lumbar stenosis.

Arthritis / Anxiety

A 55-year-old divorced woman with arthritis, anxiety, and migraines, with two children. She was devalued as a child in favor of her brother and idealized her parents’ relationship, later feeling disappointed.

After resolving key issues, her pain and anxiety subsided. She changed her life and entered a new relationship.

Prostate Cancer (Post-Surgery Case)

A 67-year-old man who had undergone prostatectomy and monitored rising PSA levels. He felt burdened by family roles and sexually repressed since childhood.

“I am not enough as a man.”

After resolving core issues and practicing PPP, his PSA levels decreased.

Rett Syndrome

A 9-year-old girl with Rett syndrome. Symptoms worsened during parental conflict. I worked with the parents and taught them surrogate OEFT techniques.

Their relationship improved, and the child showed slight symptom improvement.

Epilepsy

An 11-year-old girl with seizures and sleepwalking. Her mother was critical and rejecting; her father was supportive. Her symptoms appeared linked to seeking her father’s attention.

After therapy and family work, and following her mother’s death, her symptoms disappeared within two months. She is now 16, healthy, and thriving.

Asperger’s Syndrome

An 11-year-old boy diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome, socially isolated and fearful, though academically strong. He lacked a stable parental model and experienced instability at home.
